EKTA allows their customer to return their purchase via mail or in-store within 30 days of purchase.

For online purchases – They have a return window of 30 days if you return it by mail. If you want to return your product to their reopened store, they are allowing a 14 days’ return window.
For in-store returns – Their reopened stores are accepting returns of the purchases made between March 3rd and March 17th. This window is of only 14 days.
